Return Policy

Returns

We gladly accept returns in exchange for store credit. Please return items unused and in the same condition you received them within 7 days from delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered to you, unfortunately we can not accept the return. 

We can not accept returns on the following items as they are FINAL SALE:

- Shoes

- Sale Items

* Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items can not be refunded. 

- Swimwear

- Accessories

How to Return:

To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 501, Gower MO 64454

You will be responsible for pay for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Please make sure to include your name or order number in the package

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please make sure to keep your tracking number incase this happens! 

Late or missing returns

Please allow 3-5 business days for returns to be processed. A store credit will be issued via email provided by the customer. If you haven't received your store credit code within 5 business days of the return showing delivered, please contact us at longhaulboutiquellc@gmail.com.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 3 hours of placing it unless it has already been shipped. No cancellations are guaranteed. Please check your order before placing it.
